I’ve had mixed success with Sony stuff (it’s either great or a lemon that you return, it seems), but this is a great product. Highly recommended. Let’s hope it is durable and stays solid. Now, if Sony would only come out with this model in a DVD recording version, with a VHS combo unit, and firewire capability, they’d have me buying that too.

After months of reviewing and searching for a good mid-range speakers i finally decided to buy the Quintet III. I am not disappointed at all and it was money well spent. These are extremely beautiful speakers with enough power to satisfy movie watching and music. To complete this package however you will need to add the sub 10 or sub 12 subwoofer.
I went with sub 10 and these things rock when hooked up together to a receiver. The walls in my small home theater rattles and the sound clarity is amazing. It satisfies my needs and i will recommend this to anybody considering purchasing these speakers. Continue Reading >>
